’How come?’ project is an online platform for active citizenship. The purpuse of the project is to present and tackle problems and public decisions that affect our environment, quality of life and to present these problems to the public bodies.

The online platform has 4 modules:

  • Signals for problems submitted by e-volounteers.
  • Inspectorate for public decisions – e-volounteers publish debatable public decisions, vote for or against them, discuss and share them;
  • ’How come?’ (that we have this quality of life) – e-volounteers build a database with cause and effect diagrams for problems they have identified.
  • Virtual business hours – volounteers send online items from the first 3 modules to the official authorities responsible for the problem or the decision.
