The purpose of our project is reflected perfectly by its name AZIMUTH EQUALITY/VARIETY. Azimuth or direction we choose to attain equality and variety. We focused on e-learning, because we want to level off the chances of our scouts who live in cities and country. At the same time we run classes on many different levels, because we aim for diversity. We want children to have the opportunity of trying a little of everything and decide themselves in what group they want to work.

Activities under the project include workshops, trainings and e-learning courses in the field of computer graphics, photography, creating websites, promotion and image.

Iskra magazine is published by volunteers. The editorial team works via debating groups and stores the documents in the so-called cloud, so each member of the group can edit them.

E-volunteers have the opportunity to acquire practical skills in the field of issuing newspapers, text editing, writing articles and press releases.

Volunteers are Warminski Hufiec’s instructors. We selected a group of people who are experienced in the fields that apply to the project.

How many people are there?

Constant group consists of 5 people, but sometimes we invite additional people to work according our needs.

How do you verify the competences of e-volunteers before cooperation starts?

In Warminski Hufiec Headquarters we have access to the „career history” of each of the instructors belonging to our organization. On the basis of their merit, competence and experience we decide whether we want the person to start working with us.

How do you care about the safety and quality of the help provided by the e-volunteer?

E-volunteers prepare lesson’s plans that we accept, they also prepare reports from classes. Among the participants, after each course we conduct an anonymous. Instructors have state power and they all are well trained.
